There just don't seem to be any sence of urgency in A&E, in hospital TV programs it's all rush, rush, rush, but in real life it's snails pace,,, loads of staff wandering around but nobody looking as if they're doing anything...

Anniversary next month and I always take Mermid away for a few days. We booked Moness country club and spa for 9-12th October. Got letters from hospital yesterday...Prostate biopsies 0900hrs 9th Oct and MRI scan 1150hrs 12th Oct. I'll go up to the hotel after the biopsies and I'll make it back for the MRI scan after breakfast on the 12th! The doctors surgery - Page 15 3025408739 You could have put money on that happening! My daughter Laura has had a kidney stone lazered today. They sent her home 3 weeks ago to see if she could pass it and she's been in agony. The feckin' thing was a cm big! She's got a stent in just now and she has to gp back in 4 weeks to get it removed.

On a more serious note, Eileen's sister ( still in hospital) has been suffering headaches for last week. Scan results today showed fungus has returned. Don't think there are many options left
