Pat Kelly got a brand new Connect van, he just moved all the paint from the old van into the new one, he braked hard and ended up with 25 litres in the front with him and all over the dash board, his mate said he just turned to him and removed his glasses and started swearing, his mate escaped most of it but Pat was Blanco Satinado from head to toe, if only he had a camera phone he would have made Utube,3rdforum wrote:Today folks, I spent 2 hours power washing the cargo area of my new van where 10l bucket of white paint spilled ( about 7 feckin litres in it). Note, I haven't mentioned the paint all over the concrete at the back of the house. I have to go to Roscommon and am hoping to get out of the place before Eileen gets home.

Sorta paint related, many years back I've just decorated the living/dining room, we sit down for tea, wife puts some tomato sauce on her food and places sauce bottle back on table, I pick it up and give it a mighty shake, both of us and one white wall covered in tomato sauce,,, she knowing I would be wanting sauce on my food only placed the sauce bottle top on the bottle and did not screw it shut,,, despite wiping the sauce immediately off the wall it was stained and had to be repainted, but the funniest bit was the second it happend we just froze staring at each other covered in sauce saying nothing just looking at each other thinking what happened there...

Was it emulsion or gloss, reason I ask, road I took to work some white gloss paint must have fell of the back of a truck and spilled all over the road, following cars driving through it spread it hundreds of yards up road, was there for years despite it being a very busy road...

If ever i see an advert in the paper saying "Breakthrough" hidden hearing has developed a new hearing aid that will change your life i email them,so a woman rang yesterday and i pretended i couldnt hear what the feck she was on about, today it went "Mr Dixon" yes and then she went into the script she was reading, i was nodding off it was that long then i went "Hello" ?
