Re: Taxi ride with dead baby.
It has been confirmed that she did as 112 *the emergency services advised and has handed the police the recording. They told her if she was not hemorrhaging she needn't go to the hospital but to put the baby in the freezer until she could get to a hospital or throw it in the garbage.
Disgusting. No case to answer at least for the woman. Not sure what will happen to the person who gave her the advice

Re: Taxi ride with dead baby.
The Directorate of the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) has removed the doctor who recommended by phone to a mother to keep a fetus between 16 and 20 weeks in the fridge or throw it away after giving birth by spontaneous abortion to a baby who, apparently, had lost his life.
In a communiqué the SUC informs that it has already opened a file to clarify the facts and purge responsibilities "as soon as possible" and this has been made available to the Police in charge of the investigation.
"In view of this unfortunate incident, the SUC wants to express its rejection of this action, which it considers inexplicable.
The events occurred on June 12 in Puerto de la Cruz when a taxi driver discovered that a woman who climbed into the car hid a fetus between some blankets. The taxi driver himself warned the National Police, however the attached a recording seems to prove that the woman phoned at 1-1-2. Therefore, the court announced that it would not open proceedings against the woman .
