Morning all.
Any tips for getting rid of a banging bad head, the kind when you know you have a bad head before you even lift your head off the pillow.
Always get up at 5-5.30 anyway but was just lying there well before that pressing head into pillow in an attempt to relive it.
Tried tablets, tried a hot bath still there
Going to be a long day !!!

Well....
ever so slight possibility
not from my obligatory Thursday night 4 cans of Stella 4 (well Thursday is the start of the weekend) but ...
if it's self inflicted might be from finishing off wife's unwanted glass of wine that was about to be poured down the sink as she enjoys larger more waste not want not there is a recession on after all.

Morning all from a wet and windy Northumberland.
Thanks for all the headache remedies yesterday, ache is gone just a hanging there ness however my wife is loaded with cold so suspect it's about to claim another victim !
Up and about early a busy day ahead our little Muttley is off to groomers for her 4 monthly pampering, :rundog:
shopping then suffering another 90 minutes of watching my beloved Blyth Spartans fight off the powers of evil that is hanging over us in the form of the clubs first ever relegation in our 115 history (not going to happen we're doomed),
Oh and of course look after my poorly better half as well.!

Morning all, glad you are feeling better BS
Wow it was chilly here yesterday afternoon and evening even I wore a fleece! Mutley slept with her coat on and the cats slept with me...
No shopping for me today, just have a new consignment to stick on ebay, otherwise a quiet day without any booze
