Maeve Binchey Aged 72. Irish author. (Even I've read a few of her books)

I loved her books.

Haven't read any of her books but saw some interviews with her. Very unassuming lady. Seemed very nice. How many is that this July, 20 dead??

I read quite a few of her books years ago, liked the film they made about one of them think it was Circle of Friends. Not read any for a long time might pick up one or two and see what the later ones are like.

Yeh, Thats happened before, Its their culture, Although yesterday i was talking to Ali Hussain a guy thats lived here 18 years, A chef he is in a big hotel, Working away and his eye sight just started fading, He was at the quaks,
Noticed he drove home in a car though, Made his white stick look redundant, , True story that, Felt like informing the doctor, But i didnt want to appear ? Whats the word,

Sad day for us Northumrbians one of our greats has gone, there'll be a few pints downed & arrows thrown in Alnwick tonight in his memory.
