Went shopping and got loads of goodies for the Christmas hols! 
We usually put all our chocolate in the fridge but Mermaid didn't have enough room, so we've got a carrier bag full of chocky! Bottles of Schloer and cases of Pepsi (£2 for 8 x 330ml cans), cakes and biccies and all sorts! I'm going to get about 5 stone heavier over Christmas!

I've just spent a good hour going through my Photobucket image hosting site and deleting old images of buttons and backgrounds, signatures etc. of old skins we've used. There were hundreds of them!

Do you know what is even stranger, is that when someone posts a reply like that, you rest a little easier that someone else goes through the same feeling s as myself. Its really weird but when Dave was on the life support machine, It was really horrible, but in a way I was glad' when we met another family at the intensive care unit whose daughter was on life support because of meningitis. Can't explain why , at the time, I took solace from that fact. It's not right really.
Glad to report she survived.

On the subject of passed on loved ones, I always have a tipple for Dad on special days, Mum gets a glass raised too. I also often walk Alf over by church rocks (it is the old village of Shoreham that is under the sea, 1/4 mile out from the Church of the good Shepherd) where some of Mum's and all of Dad's ashes are scattered.
I am not religious but certainly feel refreshed when I go there.
