No we were jungle training in Jahor bahru and sailed to Hong Kong. the other was a small navy ship I think ,we did the mail run from Anguilla to Antigua in it , very dangerous I got sunburn on both ships

Going to My daughters for christmas day. Macie will be coming along as well so I am so excited to see her wee face opening her presents.

I been on the the Trincomalee in Hartlepool, it's lovely as is the marina and museum and of course I still lived there when they first started restoring the Warrior.

Drinking bucks fizz at 7.55am in the kitchen while cooking Conakilty Black Pudding & massive field mushrooms for breakfast (salmon bagel for wife) off to parents this morning then to eldest daughters for xmas dinner for 1pm.

well that is pressies opened that were left here. Have more to open later at daughters and more tomorrow at sister in laws.
Cooked breakfast made and eaten. Now I have to go and get ready and decide what to wear from my new clothes.

I'm taking a spare spare t-shirt with me 'cos Macie will dribble all over me as she has the cold, poor wee thing...

Got up late, got Turkey out of fridge but still a bit frozen inside. Wouldnt fit in microwave. Blox, so went to pub feeling delicate. Now in oven.........

Aye Tesco's got it on offer at the minute lurvly stuff, best black pudding I've had, wouldnt mind trying there white pudding .

Have you tried Morcilla Dulce which is the black pudding we have here on the island, full of almonds and dried fruit, delicious.

Is that the one you pour brandy over then light and it opens up whilst flambeing

Haven't tried Morcilla Dulce, love the local Morcilla.
Always bring some home with us.

Well that,s it over for another year , had a great day , lovely morning with my youngest daughter and family then drove to my eldest for xmas dinner, really lovely , lots of nice presents etc .

this morning watched only fools and horses and found myself in a giggling fit as I kept thinking of Topdog being uncle Albert, the missus thought I had cracked

We actually did an only fools five day break for my father in laws eightieth. We hired two barges, loads of us, I was Del my father in law looks like uncle Albert.
