The Lone Ranger wrote:If it's only the tops and the internal valves it's easy enough Davie. Having the right tools helps too! As Reg said on an earlier thread make sure when undoing the large valve nut you have something to grip the lower body of the tap with so it doesn't try to twist at the same time.
Edit: Oh! And make sure you've turned the water off beforehand!
Thanx Man!
I'll have a go and let you know if I flooded the place!

Baaah, a few years ago they used to have a few wild partys in Tenerife but I never seen a sheep.

Got my computer working ( so far). Feckin laptop is gone on the blink. Getting an error message "limited connectivity". All the other wireless devices are working just fine.

We are UK in West Yorkshire. This evening I am going out with some friends which is an unusual occurrence. We are meeting in a bar which I don't know so we are off this morning to find it. Then take the puppy a walk, bit of housework, print off some paperwork re our holiday and some info Gypsy sent me. Do a bit of ironing. Then get ready for my night out. Who said I would be bored when I retired. Ha.

Reinstalling the operating system on my laptop. Eileen needs a working lappie for a course she is going to do. If I can't get this to work, we'll have to buy a new one
