Yeah, up here the poles in the towns are in the back gardens, not the front street. Stupid system, 'cos when I tell people we need to replace a decayed pole, they say: "Well actually, I'd like the pole out of my garden". Pole has been there since the 50s with an underground duct feeding it. Costs thousands to move it, all because of a NIMBY.

Apparently there's 50,000 poles heading this way any day now,

Went in Lidl's in Wisbech today. They had big boxes of stuff they were knocking out cheap. Dunno what it was, couldnt get through all the Poles to see. Just grabbed my milk and buggered off quick. Did notice the security suntan who normally follows me about was missing, just as well, he aint gonna arrest a hundred of em eh?

Morrisons have a security suntan, somebody dropped a tray in the cafe he jumped a foot in the air, he hangs about the florists, quiet in there, Must be a firm that supply's them, £5 an hour, not going to start fighting for that is he

We have same he was stood inside the door almost hiding, I saw his back as I walked down trod on his foot, didn't batter an eyelid.

Morning all. We have our 2nd storm in 3 days here. Not cold though

morning,Have just spent half a hr getting help with my old works pension which I can claim in March. Do I want a lump sum or not,decisions have to be made. It is a very small one which i had deferred when I left the bank years ago.
