I have been told to eat brown bread which I find a bit boring but the type with seeds and nuts and stuff in is pretty ok. Run out of blood pressure pills so better eat double then.

I got a whole salmon at christmas from Asda for peanuts and after chopping it up half went in the bin and we had some big steaks and saved the rest in the freezer. Tonight we shall finish it off.
