I know, and I seem to spend too long looking for tools I have just put down. This morning I discover I have a hemmaroid, yes, spelt wrong, I cant be asked. Have I spent too long sitting on my fat arse? I'll stick it on my CV, no driving or sitting at a desk. Best I remove that Marine Engineer bit too while I'm at it.

Re: What are you doing today??
Went down to the yacht this morning and it started and everything looks good so now it can move. Got home and an email from Skegness yacht club, yes it has a yacht club up a little creek by Gibraltar point, and they are going to let me join and keep boat there so thats one bit of good news and........ One of my lads started a job last week. The other one had an interview today and he starts work Wednesday 9am. Jeez, I am the only unemployed person left here. Hope my job interview on Friday goes better, twitching now. Still, I have a plane ticket for Sunday, so

RESULT. Ryanair has just released flights from Shannon ( 35 miles away) to TFS for next July. 500 euro less than what we paid this year ( from Dublin). Only thing is the return flight is at 07:20 in the morning.

Re: What are you doing today??
Great day today ,I mentioned before that we were meeting French Canadians that we met on the Crown Princess cruise ship a couple of years ago, well we met them for lunch in a lovely restaurant overlooking Edinburgh castle, I pulled out all the stops and called in a favour or two and managed to get a table for 6 at the window overlooking the Ross bandstand and the castle and guess what happened ? bloody fog happened that's what, could hardly see the lamp posts on Princes St never mind the castle,
Never mind we had a wonderful day and a lovely lunch and spent about 4 hours blethering , must say they were very impressed with the country and thought everyone in Scotland were fantastic, been invited over to New York to meet them next year in April to celebrate a birthday so better get making plans. nice time today though ,nice to meet people like that now and again
