Since Hotmail changed to Outlook, how do you create a new folder, I'm using an iPad and can't find a way...

Re: Hotmail (Outlook)
Minty, open your outlook then click on "File". When that opens, click on "Help". It should then open a screen which lets you know your version. Find out what it is and I'll see if I can find out how to make a new folder.

Re: Hotmail (Outlook)
I had to download a new mail program ( Mailbird ) in order to create new folders, but that was in "Mail" on Windows 10. I remember something from when I was trying to figure out how to add new folders in "Mail" ( you can't cos it's shit) that Microsoft no longer support POP3 mail systems ( I.e. Outlook).

Re: Hotmail (Outlook)
Try tapping and holding on your name above the "Inbox" folder. That should allow you to create a new folder...

Re: Hotmail (Outlook)
None of them options apply to the screen I see, have tried to upload a picture of what I get but can't do it, that facility went tits up the sane time as I got the logging out problem...
What prompted my original post was my inbox is just full of stuff I would normally have filed, I still have the files I had when the change took plac, bunt can't create new ones...
