On The Beach (Airport Transfers)

As most of you will be aware from my previous posts I had a bit of a problem with airport transfers on our visit to Tenerife last month, we normally use local taxis but when booking the accomidation through On The Beach after purchasing the hotel booking the option to add transfers comes up on their web site, the transfers were cheap and advertised "maximum wait 30 minutes, maximum drops 4" neither of which happend, I am in mid argument with On The Beach trying to get a refund plus taxi fare for the return journey to the airport as the bus did not turn up within the 30 minute wait time, the money involved is trivial but I do not like being pissed around... They deny the wording "maximum 30 minute wait, maximum 4 drops" appears on their booking form,,, both me and Annie seen it and discussed should we take the transfer option when making the booking... I have tried to make a mock booking on their site for the same same hotel/transfers but you have to pay for the hotel booking before the transfer option comes up,,, you can book transfers separately on there site but the wording on that part of their  site differs from what we seen... I have seen Gypsy and Third mention on here that they subscribe to Trip Advisor and the likes, would it be possible for either of you to ask the question have others seen the wording "maximum 30 wait, maximum 4 drops" on the On The Beach booking form...
Any help will be apreacisted, as said its not the money, it's the fact we were pissed around on both the outward and return journeys...

Have a look under the first heading, then under "Speedy Shuttle"

Yip, but that is not what is said on the booking form, this is what my argument with them is about, it only mentions the "maximum 30 minute wait, maximum 4 drop" bit, nothing about having to upgrade or anything...

Three replys on Trip Advisor up till now, all disgruntled but none can confirm seeing the wording that we seen on the booking form and that's what I need to forward my argument,,, thanks again Dermo hopefully someone will come up with what I'm looking for...

i give myself a ´life wage ´´ of €10 a hour .that the min that its worth .
so i could not be arsed to spending any of it on this matter
´the transfers were cheap´´ ie your trying to save money
´its not the money´ means it is .
had it all week ´ were going back to UK for xmas can we have a credit of 3 pounds ´
i dont know why you dont book thru the airlines , get the bus into town
and get a local taxi from the rank .
if you book like a tourist you get treated like a tourist .

or a BUS to town then a TAXI to hotel
why use a UK third party site
why not book flight with airlines direct ??

price this or that is going to bring you anything but a let down ??

I seek out the best price for everything I buy, and I don't give a shit who sells me it, but what I don't like is being told I'm buying one thing then being fobbed off with something different...

oh well we all have different ways in life
i would rather earn shit loads of money and pay out whatever i needed to
for top service regardless of price ..

When I gave the link to this thread from Marks "taxies an transfers" thread I had a look at Dermos trip advisor link and the rest of the thread  to see if there had been any updates, there hadent,,, but what I did notice was a couple of my posts looked as if I'd just randomly posted with no relationship to anything previously said,,, I then realised my posts were in response to posts made by the TV guy Paul Knovak who got banned, so is it the case if you get banned all your posts dissapear...

No, if TV guy posted there is a message that says something like this person has been banned but you can click to see what they wrote.
