Aqualand
Has anyone been? Any tips regarding queues, lockers, food etc? Also, do kids ( especially small kids) need to be able to swim in order to use the rides?

Re: Aqualand
Is it still open? I think Siam Park is the big attraction now.

Yeah, still going strong by all accounts. Better suited to younger kids than Siam Park as far as I know.

Re: Aqualand
oh well i will tell you here then. there are no mods aqualand is much more child friendly than siam park. for one the seal and dolphin shows are worth the admission on their own. the kids will love it. not to sure about food and drink being taken in? but you can buy in there anyway. they also have what i can only describe as jacuzzi beds in the pools.where the water is pumped through little holes in them. that's relaxing. they still have some water rides like siam park though. As for siam park. it's more about big water rides. but they do have a man made beach with a fantastic wave machine. I am prety sure there are lockers in both parks.3rdforum wrote:Can someone try putting on a post on the Aqualand thread please

My little lad can't swim yet Marbs, though he loves the water. Would he be all right on the smaller rides?

Aqualand II
Thanks Marbs. I know its cheaper if we book online. Might wait til we get over there and book then. I'll ask Kev to print out the tickets for me. ( assuming of course he won't have closed up the business and emigrated when he hears I'm on the way ). I'm going to see can I move these last few posts to the Aqualand thread so no one can say we don't stay on topic on this forum

Under your avatar next to the "Report" button, there were two triangles with the locked padlocks. One is to lock posts for reports, (the one you can see now), the other was to "Unlock post". I clicked on it and it disappeared. The "merging" was done by using the "Mod" tools under the avatar box. Clicked on the last one (merge), and then selected the topic it was to be merged with. Simples...

Re: Aqualand
You have to "tick" the wee button next to the topic you want to merge with then scroll down to the bottom and select. It then asks you to confirm and you click OK.

Yep you're right Marbs, it was set to admin only. I changed it and posted in my non-admin capacity (Tonto), to make sure it was open.
