The above started yesterday when some of the craziest Tenerife drivers headed through Granadilla, Vilaflor, San Miguel and Arona. Today the route is Playa San Juan, Cueva de Polvo, Vera de Erques, Tijoco and Taucho, so unless you are as mad as they are stay off the roads.

A 66 years man was injured today after falling from a wall and rolling down the hill while watching a section of the Rally de Adeje in Tijoco-Taucho.
The crew of the Rapid Reaction Red Cross assessed he had a head injury and was taken by ambulance to the SUC basic life support centre. The wounded man was then transfer to the Hospital Universitario Nuestra Señora de La Candelaria.
