Geographical location.
Tenerife, part of the 7 main Canary Islands, is the largest of the Islands and is situated in the middle of the archipelago in the Atlantic Ocean about 200 miles from the West African coast and about 620 miles South of the Spanish mainland...more here

Re: Geographical location.
I spotted this years ago from a plane, they go over it just before beginning their descent. As soon as I got back I checked it out on Google Earth and if you have photos enabled you can see quite a few nice shots. Possibly un-inhabited its only about 1km across and basically round. Lovely stop off point if you happen to be sailing from Tenerife to Madeira.
One day, maybe.

Re: Geographical location.
By the time I have got that far I am super bored. I have counted the gingers, non whites, fat birds and pensioners on board. Used up my Pringles, oranges and choccie bars so look out for ships, yachts and whales 6 miles below. Not seen any whales yet. Good when you see a plane just below going close in the opposite direction, shows just how fast they really do go. Hmmm, maybe I should take up train spotting, or twitching. Get myself a life.

Re: Geographical location.
Can't find video of second race last couple of laps, but came up with this...
Plus, the totty on the grid at the start of each race makes it worthwhile alone..

Toot, toot! Mr Rusty's video answers the geographic question! Watch 'Mr Rusty Goes Shopping - the silent movie' on youtube! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-ensGEaB-0 This is the first short story in the Mr Rusty series in easy to watch format - well, er, it should have been - but never mind it's FREE!

Re: Geographical location.
Kids shouldn't be allowed to watch videos until after they can read
But I bet a lot wouldn´t agree with me and actually I don´t agree with that comment it just seemed an opportune way to say ... Reading should be fun, good stories should capture kids imagination when they are tiny and it will stick with them for the rest of their lives.

My eldest 2 are avid readers. The little fella is reading stuff for 7 -8 year olds. I think it ignites a curiosity and thirst for knowledge in them.Gypsy wrote:Kids shouldn't be allowed to watch videos until after they can read
