Is there a pathway to the top? If so, where do I find it coming from Golf del Sur?

Just past Palm Mar.
Stout shoes and a bottle of water a must.
You'll come down on the other side near the nudist beach in LC.
Allow about three hours and don't do it at midday.

Thanks Jim. Which would be the shorter walk, Palm Mar or Playa Graciosa?

Re: Montana de Guaza
I've done it a few times over the years and have always gone up from LC and down the other side to Palm Mar for a pint, then caught a bus / cab back.
If you're starting out from Golf del Sur it might be easier doing it the other way round. Jump off the bus anywhere near Palm Mar and look for the various tracks.
You can see them all fairly clearly on Google Maps.
Good luck :)

Was thinking of doing it at dusk. Would love to get a photo of Los Cris at night time.

My Jim (not Jimbo) did it with Mrs Oneleg last year From LC to PM and you know how old he is so can´t be too bad.
I wouldn´t do it at dusk though, the paths are loose stone so could easily slip. If you want a nice picture of LC at night then go up Mt Chayofita this is a nice easy walk suitable for Eileen and the kids.

It's a bit hairy and I certainly wouldn't try it in fading light or the dark
Here's the webcam instead .....

I went up it from the Los Cris side, took me 40 mins to get up to the masts on top and then came back down the same way. (Didn't know if I'd be trespassing coming down the East side).
