Holiday cancelled

Janet had a blood test yesterday, Doctor rang me and said wheel Janet round here pronto    Bit quick i thought, Must have lost the samples or something   
Nah Doctor called me in and Janet is sat beefing    We cant go on holiday   
They found something in her gut, so their going in both ends in the next few days,   
She had a b 12 injection and has to have one every two days for now,
so the Quak said you aint going nowhere, Feck knows what it is, But the doctor didnt speculate,

Shocked but just troffed a Dominos pizza, She hasnt looked good since January when she had flu.
She fainted last Friday and went to the doctors yesterday, Enimic or something, 7 but should be 12,
No iron or not enough  

Health comes before holidays but it must still feel a real bummer to have to cancel. I hope things work out well.

Give Janet our love and tell her we are thinking about her and hope everything is OK.

Janet is like you just soldiers on and dosen't want to worry you.

Bloody hell mate Jan was just about to make birthday cakes too.
Hope she gets sorted and things not too serious. You need anything sorted here let me know.
 

Chronic Atrophis Gastritis...............................resultung in Pernicious Anemia. Hopefully I am correct as this is quite easily treatable, or something less.

I was going to bin her a while ago, but her pension arrives soon,
I was going to spend her money for once,   
She will be at work tomorro getting fussed over, Boss will say just take your holiday when you want.

I have come up with a diagnosis, Janet has been taking pain killers for over a year, so i recon her stomach is bleeding slowly and she hasnt noticed anything, I'l have a £5 on that,   

That would show in stools Reg. Chronic Gastritis is my diagnosis, leading to b12 deficiency. A friend had a dog in UK, 5 years old, two vets could not find what was wrong, one said have her put down, which is an option. Nah she went to an alternative med place and woman told her, your girl needs B12. Dog died last year. Oh yeah she was 13 though. 8 more very good years and dog lived to a great age for a lab/collie x.
