Jus t though I should give this place a mention. We stopped here, in Vilaflor, on the way back from Teide. We ordered very simple food, i.e ham and cheese bocadilla, ham and cheese pizza, salad, papas arugadas ( which had the best mojo I tasted in the 2 weeks. The place doesn't look like much but the food was fantastic. The bread was warm and fresh ( presume he nuked it before bringing it to the table), the pizza was delicious etc etc. It was, in all honesty, one of the best meals we had on holiday. With hindsight, it could have been the fact that we were starving after the climb but I think, if we are passing again, we'll definitely call in.
