Has anyone been inside? What is the place like? It hasn't got the greatest of reviews on Tripadvisor.

Think thats the tower block right at the far end, not been in it but the views might make up for the remote location.

Oh, plus it had a pool/snooker bar underneath, so it's ok...

And an Iceland underneath. Looks grim both from the seafront and the road, but not been in. The views will be great though, so depends if you just want something basic plus a bed

we have stayed there. It was a private apartment that my sister found for us. We were high up 12th floor i think and overlooked the harbour. It was nice. The lifts are very very slow. The first time we stayed though it was not a private one and was very basic. No Air Con. As G said depends if you just want a bed.

Seen one for sale recently, €100k which is £80k at the moment, And the community fees included everything at €140 a month, Gas water lecy maintenance etc, Ideal if your not fussy,

If you can get a private apartment they're great and the views are stunning. But be aware the basic to let apartments are VERY basic. We stayed 2 or 3 times privately after our first crappy let.

Cam, I don't suppose you have the details of the apartments where you stayed?

I have seen one or two for sale, I think they make a good base and investment if you get a regular clientele to cover the costs, Cheap innit

It was only a single bedroom Dermo, don't think it would be big enough for you...
