I've been to the Alcala one a few times. Probably the best one I've visited so far.

Parque de la Reina (Queens Park) has a fab farmers market where you can get not only fruit and veg, but eggs, coffee, specialist teas, honey, wines, cheeses and meats.  Open everyday except Monday from (too early for me) until 4.00pm
