    First thing that sprang to mind was more balcony jumping but this seems to have happened earlier today. Not much info yet.

    There has been hardly any coverage about this on the local sites and the international press didn't say where it happened. On Janet Anscombe site, the Torres de Yomely complex was mentioned. Anyone know where it is? I've never even heard of it before.
