Same in Leeds, tunnel for the inner ring road, then they built the Clarendon wing of the hospital over it, concrete repairs on the tunnel wall since, I have watched them chip all the walls down to the rebar, then spray concrete on it what must be 3 or 4 times, less that a year later an engineer starts spraying colours where its falling off, now they have put concrete panels over the mess, so whats going on behind it
