thought the runway lit up green when landing, LBA is a small airport, I have flown in and out in my neighbours plane dozens of times without a problem 
, the airport should have been keeping an eye on Mr Harrison and informed him he was on the wrong flight path, not pilot error

Dear Mr Harrison. Runway: Nice bit of smooth tarmac, big painted white oblongs at each end, dotted white line down the middle. Taxiway: Usually concrete and a bit rough, solid yellow line down the middle. Easy mistake to make then.
