No, they knocked it down last Sunday and there was nothing about a "disaster" in the news. Depth of field in the photo makes it look a lot closer.

I watched controled demolition knock a building down in Leeds one sunday morning, Boom, It went straight down, And a big cover with there name on that was tied on the roof, Just covered every thing up, Amazing, Not much dust either, Blady clever,
