A68 towards Jedburgh, Pathhead village about 3 miles from Dalkeith, Crichton village not far away, near Edgehead

We used to stop at the Stair Arms Hotel on our way down to Englandshire. This was back in the day when you had to drive through Edinburgh via Captain's Road etc. to go South. No city bypass then.

Stair arms was a class act then Cam French boss and kitchen staff , when the top two chefs got called up for national service the place went tits up, not been there for ages

The guy that does the photography for google in this area lives just down the road from me I'll have a word and see if he'll do that area on foot for you specially [honest]
