    Recall we had a thread going about this a couple of years back, Edinburgh council had paid a firm a fortune to develop a special paint that would not wear off, dugs painted with fore-mentioned pain, few days later it's back in the news the expensive special paint has worn off,,, Fail...

    I saw that figure in current article but I'm sure figure being bounded about a couple of years back was much higher...
