Under the banner on each page you will see the following tabs
Select Message
You will then get taken to your Inbox. You will see NEW TOPIC. Click this then select the member you wish to message. Add their user name and send like any other email.
You can select more than one person but each will get an individual message rather than all be included on the one PM.
