I used to think my dad knew everybody in the country. He would raise one finger off the wheel practically all the time when I was a kid. Don't remember him doing it at all in last 30 years. Tradition must have died out.

Remember when we had our first car [Jowet Javelin] RAC & AA would salute their members and people would acknowledge people with the same make of car

Us MGF drivers wave at each other but to be fair thats the only British car in my household. The rest are GERMAN.

Forgot about that one. And the chinese AJS motorcycle in the garage......... On Thursday its the MG car club Norfolk Riviera Run. Hood down and heater on 4. Actually its not as cold as you would think. Patsy is at work so it will just be me and Pixie and Patch.
