I'm sure above incedent was posted on the forum at time, but what I'm on about here is the fine, £240, plus £400 compensation (which will go nowhere near paying damage), community order, and driving ban (but he didn't even have a license)...
My point, Annie got fined more plus community service for her pest of a daughter not going to school despite the fact the authorities knew her daughter was an out of control pest that Annie had no control over,,, Annie was told if her daughter continued to skip school the next punishment for her (Annie) would be a custodial sentence,,, just as well her daughter became school leaving age...
