Stayed in, Patsy not well. Thought she said syphilis but no, sistitis or something like that down there. Watched Madness concert on BBC1 and fireworks on Thames. Dubai did it better lol. Muslim new year coinciding then. Hmmm.... I like Madness anyway but not much running on the spot from Sugs now.

That's maybe where I go wrong Mine is always to loose weight I manage that but then fail on keeping it off . So this year mines to loose & keep it off back to Slimming World it is then
