Funny enough he was driving in front of me a couple if weeks back, I thought he was going to be right dick head of a driver, nah he just cruised along

Thats what you do in old 'classic' cars mate, cruise along. Fuel consumption improves! They wont do 45mpg like modern cars.
Talking of fuel consumption I just filled up my MG TF for a track day at Snetterton on Saturday. Normally I would expect about 45mpg out of that but I think we better half that on Saturday lol. Its a Novice day so hopefully I wont be last again. My daughter is going too in her car. BMW thing. Race on then. Talking of 45s.......... There is a very long gentle bend on that circuit, probably about half a mile ish. 4.5G then, almost flat out in my car, makes the asshole flap! My favourite corner though is at the end of the North straight, about 90mph in my car, gentle left turn followed by a sharpish right...... Love it.
