Arona says Casa de los Bethencourt on Los Cristianos Paseo Marítimo will be demolished in next few weeks

Don't think i ever noticed it Thats just across from the Arona gran isn't it?

It;s a wee bit further down from A.G, but there is an even worse place on the way uo to the A.G. in the new development along from Charlottes restaurant on the front  going op to the hotel , squatters by the dozen the place is an eyesore

That's the putting green you can see on the right with the lines on it. Must be an old photo as there's trampolines there now, or was...the semi-circular building is Spanish residents next to the ramp for the disabled. There's an English Tesco under it. On the map, the building getting demolished is the squarish one next to the semi circular one right on the sea front.

Oh ya, that was an unfinished shopping centre or something. Couple of years ago, the squatters seemed ok, selling homemade jewellery and the like. I remember being asked to buy something but didn't feel intimidated. Last year there was a much rougher vibe off the place.

Yes , they have upped thier  game now , they sell "homemade phones" and watches as well now
