Santander

I hate RBS in the UK but Santander in Tenerife make them look like a slick customer caring honest bank. 5 E mails direct to person in the bank dealing with me
 ( 3 from me 2 from Diana one in Spanish ) not a reply, Diana has tried calling them they do not answer the phone. All I want is confirmation that the dates I am proposing coming over are suitable to meet. Any suggestions what to do next I am thinking about paying Diana to go down to the bank to speak direct to them again

had a phone call to say a new tap awaits me at Chafiras, feck right off and shove it sideways

Problem is the Spanish Government have locked the account because I did not fill in some form. I now know what i have to bring to unlock the account and want to come back with this start of June and I have to do it in person ( in a way suits me another wee holiday ) I just to need to ensure the person dealing with this will be there

Personally, I'd pay Diana to see it through.

Before I went off to gym I E mailed and asked her to visit the bank tomorrow

Round 3 6th June flights & apartment booked up Diana is on holiday so I have brought in someone else to try and get this over the line

Never had any trouble with mine Banco Sabadell used to be Sol. 
My banks at  Adeje & they couldn’t be more helpful every time I have a question x

Well I say sorted we have now discovered that the bank cards they promised would be sent to our house are lying the bank and we have to collect them in person I am far from happy we will have to go over again 

Make a holiday out of it!
