That was 9.20am that happened, stone cold sober! I drove it home like that but luckily due to the cuts no cops saw me. Good job I had a helmet on cos my head hit the hood catch forcing the hood up. When I got out of the car (forcing open the door as the front wing had been forced back) I thought I had totally bent the car like a banana as the hood was stuck up in the air but I think its OK........ish. When the rescue crew arrived they asked if I was OK, any pains in back or neck? No I said. I lied. Neck was painful for a couple of days but seeing as I cant sue myself might as well be a man about it then. Bloke in Wisbech breaks these and I sourced a new front bumper, crumple bar that goes behind it and a headlamp for £70 so it was back on the road within 2 days. Yesterday I got a bonnet free albeit wrong colour from a MGF club member so its still cheap racing innit?

Re: Track Day. Cadwell Park. 3/5
My son bought a brand new Ducati Moto GP style bike, over 20 grands worth, started doing the occasional track day on it,,, I think this will end in tears, but no he sells it and buys a secondhand Kawasaki for around 7 grand, that ended in tears, dropped it on a track day, 4 grand to repair, Ouch...
