Wizzair

TFS from Luton starting 16/11. From £44 return! I quickly snapped up a ticket last week for December 3rd. They charge extra if you wanna choose seats and also extra for trolley bag in the cabin. Small bag 20x30x40 still free. So I had to shell out an extra £20 each way for a trolley bag as well but still competitive at £84 and of course I have extra capacity in the smaller bag. 
Many of you will not be familiar with Wizzair but they have been operating out of Luton for many years mainly to Eastern Europe as its a Hungarian company. Over here they have a new subsidiary company, Wizzair UK and they will soon be operating out of more UK airports.
Strangely enough Ryanair have just started a new airline too. Operating from Eastern Europe bases and its called..... Buzzair.   How very unimaginative Mr O'Leary.
I will of course let you know how I get treated next month on board. Hopefully it will be a nice experience.

Wizzair from Luton. Plenty of flights to Tenerife from £33.98 return. Sadly they work on Ryanair principal where everythings extra and check in can only be done 48 hours before flight if you take that cheapest option. Already got my flights for next week with TUI £89 but I will be treated like a human and my tickets have been printed.

Wizzair have cancelled my flight on 31st March.   Wasnt gonna get on it anyway so £16.99 saved. Phew.

Rebooked just now for May 2nd with Wizzair. 9 days out there, and back with Jet2. About £55.

Airlines shouldn't be allowed to sell flights they don't know will fly.

Well they are all at it so perhaps they have been given the nod. Not many flights left at Leeds Bradford @ £40 in May/June so be quick Reg. Loads from Stansted. Wizzair from Luton from £17 each way.

We had flights for the 17th April and Jet2 are offering vouchers. I told Janet to get money back and we will re book otherwise the flights will cost what the vouchers are worth, Jet2 are thieves and i have a long memory, I will continue to vandalize anything with their name on until i feel i have my monie's worth

TUI are starting flights from 17th April. All others that I have checked are from May 1st.

Not a chance. That chief Medical woman is saying we could be having restrictions up to 6 months.

Dont get too excited Jim. They run on the Ryanair model. Only one small bag allowed in cabin and only 2 days to print boarding card if you take the cheapest option. Absolutely everything else is extra. And no duty free on the plane. (I like my 2 litres of blue Smirnoff)

Well you never know. Pack the bog rolls. I had flights cancelled with TUI and they repaid to credit card immediately. Didnt even have to ask.

Just wonder if Vince made his flight as i see a flight left from Luton or more important will they let him past the passport control in Tenerife. After having 2 weeks lock down out there completely different to what we have here I wish him luck. Being stopped three times during that time by the police and army when shopping for food and road blocks in place for cars.

I didnt go to the airport. Thought I would wave goodbye to the £16.99.    Got a text message at 2.30pm saying flight cancelled so good for me, get me pennies back. Then half hour later another one, they have put me on a flight for Tuesday! Jeez. Desperate they are. I didnt realise the plane had gone anyway but just looked on Flightracker and indeed it is making its way back to Luton from TFS. Heading towards Lisbon not far behind a TUI plane going to Belgium.

They'll lock you in a cage in Reina Sofia for 2 weeks... On the positive side, Autoreisen can have a word with you...

Turns out I mis-read that second email. Rearranged time was 19.10 on Saturday not Tuesday. They use the American date system like 05/02/2020. A quick look at that and I think Tuesday 5th. Wonder how many others missed the flight for that reason? Initial cancellation was 2 hours before take off and then reinstated half hour later. Most peeps would have been nearly at airport and done a swift U-turn home. Inept or con merchants? Hmmmm.

Just answered my own question....... Just been reading their reviews on Trip Advisor. Scammers!
