Went to see my daughter today and rang the bell. She comes to the window waving her hands. She has coughing and fever. She looks pretty rough, oldest grandson ill too. Luckily I have not seen her for 3 weeks but Patsy was there at the weekend babysitting. I have decided to kick Patsy out of the bedroom, seems sensible to me. Luckily its me who makes the food but sadly I will have to make my own tea and coffee too!

Right, panic over. She went to docs and he said its Laryngitis. Thats a bit like being told you just won lottery innit? Bet her husband was pleased. He only has one lung left. It was his birthday yesterday, 79. After he finished work, he was straight in the pub. You show 'em Roy!

Re: First relative gets it?
Didnt have to take Jack to work today cos he is ill now. Wouldnt eat his dinner last night and said his body was aching. He did look even rougher than he normally looks. He not coughing anyway so probably a spot of man flu.
