So was this a proper JUDGE or a Magistrate? Probably the latter who sees themselves as a do gooder.

It was a Judge who hides behind a 6 ft fence around his pad while the rest of us have that kind of behavior to put up with. Still keep him up that way London have enough of their own to deal with.

Cant understand why the order was diluted if it was working???? Dunno what you do with these wino's though. It costs a fortune to keep them locked up. If they're alcoholics, do we have pity on them as it is a disease or do we just want them off the streets i.e. out of sight, out of mind? If they really want to get dry, I think they should get treatment ( it's cheaper in the long run). If they show no signs of wanting to get better, what do you do with them?

Btw, whats the difference between an judge and a magistrate?

I think but wouldn´t swear M'lud.... A judge is a promoted lawyer but a magistrate doesn´t need need to have legal qualifications.

    Near enough.

This is normal procedure for this guy. No fixed abode? Cause a bit of trouble at Christmas time and get free food and lodgings picked up by the tax-payer! Jail is a luxury to guys who sleep on the street. You can't fine him...he's no money. You can't give him community service...he'll just bugger off. Beats me what you do with guys like this, but he's playing the system. I bet you he doesn't live long though, homeless guys die young. He must have some sort of family/relatives, but they've maybe turned their backs on him. Can anyone please explain the thinking behind this . 1498946960
