Same with Doctors, where are they all ?, went for blood taking last Thursday and was waiting for my Doctor to phone yesterday morning 940 sharp to go over the results ( Diabetis)
call centre type a Mr Ali phones at 10 past only 30 minutes late er Mr Dixon ? Yes how are you ? ok i think, now how can i help you what !! well it is the results of my blood test ah right just a minute while i have a look and so it went for 30 minutes, the guy had no clue what he was doing and i got the impression he had a stop watch running for 30 minutes, he was from a consultants somewhere and now i'm concerned should you get ill who are you dealing with, so where are my Doctors that i normally deal with, wonder if they are still receiving the £100k a year, shocking state of affairs
