    That's far too fast, 5mph in towns and 10mph on motorways therefore 20 hours to get to London from here, so nobody will venture out and the ozone layer will heal up and we will all be better off Spain becomes first country in world to set default speed limit of 30km/h in all towns and urban areas 1483819851
