Apartments on the upper floors will suffer a pidgeon problem but where seagulls do it is a mystery. Now if I were a seagull I would take great delight in aiming it at humans. Found one here.

It was no mystery to me one morning on the balcony I received a direct hit and what a stink. Like being sicked on goodness knows what the bugger had been eating smelt like last years fish.
