You may notice we have less members as I have deleted some that have joined but never bothered posting. I think it is good to have high figures but some have not been on since October or before.

Great idea Topdog - you can't beat a good clearout.
Another old Forces saying which, I believe, is quite apt:- "Piss, or get off the pot".

Re: membership
The Lurkers Unions solicitors have indicated there is a possibly breach of human rights in the dictatorial type action which has been inflicted upon certain members.
The fact members have been expelled without being given the opportunity to voice their opinion; the unions solicitors judge this as a clear breach of their basic human rights (section 1684/27-2 Freedom of Speech).
If you wish the union will take it up officially, just write in...
Bye friends, I know we never met personally, or by that matter ever said very much to each other, but it is sad to lose acquaintances..........

It is very sad to lose them but we have to ensure we are up to date and as none of them have either not posted or once and that was ages ago I don't believe they care.Adam Mint wrote:The Lurkers Unions solicitors have indicated there is a possibly breach of human rights in the dictatorial type action which has been inflicted upon certain members.

Re: membership
If they were sent emails I should think that is more than adequate notice. I was given niether a warning nor notice of a right to reply when banned from elsewhere. Spin on that.

That e-mail was a cry for help, the first stage in “coming out” so to speak, and you dismiss them at the push of a button, that poor individual will be scared for life.
Disgraceful, be it on your conscience...

Re: membership
Would I be correct in reading from your reply the plight of such members is far from the top of the agenda at the next AGM.
