    The Baleares government has closed down machines at clubs in Magaluf which dispense the latest trend of inhaling alcohol into the lungs.

    Dubbed as ‘Oxy Shots’, which are sold for around 4 €, the alcohol is mixed with oxygen gas which vaporises the alcohol, which is then inhaled via a tube inserted into the mouth. The effects of the alcohol are felt much more quickly as it is absorbed directly into the blood system.
