It was a horrible place near Bugis Street (Boogie Street) in Singapore. Big long wooden fence with holes in it, let you guess the rest.
This and Bugis Street in the mid 70's were a right eye opener. Bugis Street these days is a big shopping experience for the cruise passengers but used to be all the Kai Thais (trans women). Amazing how the world changes.
