I was at the sales in La Laguna yesterday and stopped at one of my favourite cafe 'El Teide Cafe' in the Al Campo CC for lunch.
They do great coffee and OH likes to grab a full English in a bun. They do half a baguette, fried egg, bacon, sausage and cheese for €2.30. I don't like eggs so asked for a hamburguesa which at €2 I thought would be a plain burger in a bun. When it arrived it was a burger bun, lettuce, onion, tomato, burger, cheese, slice of ham, fried egg and bacon topped with mayo and ketchup.
After fishing out the ham and egg and giving to OH, I struggled with the rest and was so stuffed I had a bowl of cereal for dinner at about 10.00pm last night. Great value, lovely staff wouldn´t think of using any other cafe in that Commercial Centre.
