    The Local Police of Santa Cruz officially launched their new Twitter This Security account.

    Twitter policing started on 2 August and now has more than 230 fans, has launched about 60 tweets in a period of 20 days on public safety issues, road closures, traffic conditions and even on matters of civil protection.

    "We will use this way to strengthen information and notices which may be of interest to citizens..." explained Councillor Carmen Delia Gonzalez.

    Twitter seems to be getting everywhere. I am not a twitter and don't understand it . Far to technical for me.
