The Los Gigantes harbour management company have prevented berth owners from accessing their boats in a row over outstanding fees.
The dispute began after owners challenged new regulations, introduced by Agigansa, which, they say, regulate the private actions of the community of owners with the objective of taking control of the Marina and the income from community fees, thereby interfering in private matters.
In fact, Agigansa has already begun to implement the rules, demanding payment of community fees and preventing those owners who are not paying from making use of their own berths, by blocking access to, and thus the use of, their boats.
