Even as a United fans who finds its hilarious whats happening at Chelski, have to say its ridculous some experienced professional footballers should take a look at themselves.
He was the manager he picks the team, not Lampard or Terry having said that its Abramovich thats ultimately to blame he's had some great coaches/managers and got rid of them.
Rich man's play thing why doesn't he just pick the team himself because he can't seem to find anyone who does it the way he wants.
