Piccaso painting could leave UK.

Until I read this on the news I had no idea that this painting even existed
would you be worried if it left the country because some rich git was selling it as he was down to his last few millions? I honestly think if it didn't have Picasso's name on it, it would be worth hee-haw, feck-all, nada, zilch! It looks like something a kid painted at school.
Worth £50 million? Not in my book it isn't.

As cam said this is a heap of scrap imo.
I cannot stand these"arty types"who claim that they can see the emotion of the painter in the painting.
