Saucy !

Sauce whats your favourite, are you partial to a squirt of tomato, brown, worcester or sweet chilli etc etc....

Every footy game we attend we have a topic to discuss either in the bar or while suffering another soul destroying 90 minutes, new topic every time had some weird & wonderful discussions.

Saturday's was about stuff you didn't like as a kid but love nowadays, mine is freshly ground black pepper have to put it on everything savory.

Mate claimed tomato sauce hates it now (won't even let his kid have it) but as a kid put it on everything even Sunday dinners !.


Off we went picking our favourite sauces, mine is Daddies or HP Brown sauce also like the new Guinness Brown Sauce.
Partial to a load of sweet chilli sauce on wife's superb mushroom omelets mmmmm.

Remember when tomato sauce was green coloured !

I don't like Tom or brown sauce but I do use Hellmens mayonnaise and have been known to add it to all sorts

I like all sauces.....

Tomato a bit, The kids would put it on anything, In large amounts, But Janet puts some in a little dish on the side, And thats all they get, I like a bit of pepper sauce on a steak,

I like sauce tartare

I will try most sauces and enjoy if they are well made.

Horseradish Sauce on a rare slice of beef - bootiful

I like horseradish mixed with hot english mustard YUM!!!!!!!!!

Only way to eat Beef Jim, give you that. Rare any more cooked starts to ruin it.

Mmm love horseradish something else age has accustomed me too.

Mustard wise French rather than English.

We grew some horseradish in the garden a few years ago and my wife made some sauce with it.

Nice with sea bass too.

Horseradish, can't stand it. I hated mustard as a kid. I remember my old man would put some on a ham sandwich and lick the knife clean after. Can't eat a ham sambo without it now
